“I visited the Henderson tax office to renew my registration and was very disappointed with the service I received. I noticed a clear difference in how customers were treated. The gentleman in front of me was greeted warmly with a "Good morning" and "Have a blessed day," while I was met with rudeness and indifference. Despite being polite and saying "Thank you," I was ignored and treated dismissively. Professionalism and respect should be shown to every customer, regardless of who they are. I hope this office takes steps to ensure fair and equal treatment for everyone.”

“Idk what other people are talking about. This was by far the easiest registration renewal I've Ever done. Insanely quick and easy.”

“Called to make sure they were open ( normal business hours) so I do not leave work early for no reason and who ever answered the phone was SO rude. I'm sorry you hate your life.”

“When today to get license plates for our truck, there were two people ahead of us took less then 10mins to get in and out! That was soo awesome!!!”

“If this office is closed till Jan. 27 2022 this is in Chandler. Why does it say open on hours of operation? I even called before leaving house, the phone just rang then someone picked up and hung up.. Darn rude I think!!!”

“I have been using the Chandler annex since 2016. They have always been friendly to me and as far as I could see and hear, to everyone in line ahed of me. Not a big fan of having to pay all of these registration fees every year, but, hat is not the office staff's fault. They are just doing their jobs. Definitely better than the DMV offices I use to deal with in the Dallas area. The longest I have had to wait was around 10-12 minutes. Where as in the Dallas area, it was never less that 45 minutes, usually closer to 2 hours.”
