“I hired Amy to help me with my custody case. She was very thorough with her work, and stayed in contact with me to let me know what was going on. As we all know, court is a very intimidating and a very stressful thing to go through and Amy took all of the stress off of me and handled it well. She is amazing in the court room and knows the law. Her paralegal Josie gets back to you very fast, is very nice and professional. If you want professional representation I highly recommend Amy Hand.”

“I have worked with Mark twice over the past four years, both times for the same continued custody case. Mark Hand, his paralegal, and all of his front office staff are excellent. Mark is tough and knowledgeable, and always honest and fair. Mark doesn't waste your time or money, he also doesn't get involved in petty or dirty antics in or out of court. I knew what to expect as potential outcomes, the negatives and positives. The office staff knew me by name and also cared enough to know my family and how they were all doing. Every time i had to call the office, the staff were kind and never made me feel rushed. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mark for any future issues”

“Let's start this review out with I have a very large family. I have seen many custody cases as well as I have had the "pleasure" of going through one prior to the current one Amy Hand is helping me through. Amy Hand and her office is the most thorough and helpful people you will find regarding legal advice and representation. They have always been very nice and professional. They always answer questions as well as follow up with the explanation making sure you understand. Prior to hiring Amy I was always under the impression that being the father in a custody case you always had no chance at getting anything. Upon working with Amy and her office they have proved me wrong. Everything has been going great and Amy is a fireball in court. Nothing gets past her and she's always on the ball. So within this review I would very much like to express my gratitude and thanks to not only Amy, but the rest of the staff there. Thank you! Little bit of advice to anyone utilizing an attorney no matter who you choose, record everything regarding your case and provide ALL of it to your attorney. No matter how big or small you think it is, we as the non legal type don't know the significance of importance anything really is. Good luck everyone and by all means I HIGHLY recommend Amy Hand.”

“I recently had an old court case brought up with the other party trying to file motions to have final orders changed long after the ending date for appeal. Rather than go at it alone I decided to seek council to protect my children and myself in the situation. I had the privilege of being represented by Mark Hand. From our consultation all the way through the whole process each response that he filed was well thought out and articulated in the same manner. He was very straight to the point and knew the law well. It definitely showed in all documents filed. His Paralegal, Michelle, was also extremely Profesional and helpful with anything I had needed along the way. Having them represent me gave me faith in our justice system after being let down by it as a father almost 8 years ago. I will not hesitate to use them again should the occasion rise in the future.”

“I hired this lawfirm over a restraining order. My lawyer never made an attempt to contact me until I had reached out, the first time I called them and waited a day and no response then I emailed them the following day to get a phone call finally 3 days before court. Then the lawyer called the day before court wanting to meet 15 minutes before the case only to show up 7 minutes late to briefly go over a game plan with me. Very sloppy and unprofessional Edit after receiving a reimbursement check they also charge you way to much for the little "service" provided. $487.55 for a less than a 15 minute phone call that as previously stated I had to force since they refused to contact me”
