“Not only a bad lawyer, but a completely unprofessional person. He will REFUSE to communicate; email or text. He will not tell you about your court dates and lie to the judge about it. Not sure if he is in cahoots with some of the other probate lawyers in the area to purposefully mess cases up or of he is just wholly incompetent. Mr. Hicks inability to communicate caused me to get subpoenaed and cost me thousands of dollars. Do not use him. He will take your money and do nothing.”
