“Guadalupe county is going down hill. The cops will pull you over at any convenience and then lie about your insurance being expired. You will get a ticket for expired insurance even if it is up-to-date. You can call the lady's but why will give you misinformation just to get you off the phone. You will see the judge and show him insurance was up-to-date and that they're scanner messed up but he will threaten you to pay $300 or suspended your license. Judge Hunter Darrell will provide no credible information on the illegality of what you did. Where's the justice? Taking advantage of tax paying citizens. Ridiculous.”

“Best passport experience ever , having traveled in different states as a military family . Staff and the gentleman that assisted us was very professional/ patient with our 2 young children. Definitely recommend this location !”

“Very helpful! I thought I had my life together to get a new passport, buuuut I did not. Not to worry, James in the office was a big help. He was pleasant, could handle my silly, and got me back on track. I do appreciate the help, getting me in quick, and everyone in the office answering phones!”

“I drove in from Georgetown to get my Passport application submitted. You cannot get in anywhere in the Austin area for months to get a new passport. I was in and out in like 10 minutes the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Passport Done! Definitely worth the drive.”

“THANK YOU WITH ALL MY HEART! Called, made appointment for my passport and passport card. The clerk went over everything I needed, told me prices and advised me to bring money order, cashier check or regular check. Scheduled it on my lunch time and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. It took my breath away with how kind and efficient they are! You don't see this kind of help enough anymore.”

“They are the worst!!! Been out of court for over 2 hours and no one is left and the girls whom you pay your court fee's to still have yet to call our name. We have even checked in with them several times to confirm they were aware we are still yet waiting to no avail. Amazing simply amazing!!!!”

“The previous rating of 5 star obviously has no real experience with this court. Have a case with the Non custodial parent non payment for over five years, and the courts do nothing even though the parent shows up every court date . He makes up excuses and then they let him go. The court system here really does let people down.”
