“Very disorganized. Not allot of knowledge or willingness to work with people related to DSHS. (Child support). Paper work miss filed consistently, on the part of DSHS. Warrents not filed, commen excuse they are short handed and over worked. But seems to be more of not working on the same page of their own department (DSHS). Inconsistencies in any answers given once a question is asked. This is common if you have a conversation with anyone waiting for their DSHS hearing.”

“I had to get a birth certificate from this place and the experience was horrible and an inconvenience. When I arrived they were on lunch so I waited until they opened at 1 pm. When the ladies arrived I was NOT acknowledged but another person sitting next to me was once they settled and invited me in, I was asked what was needed and I told them. Long story short I didn't receive my birth certificate and was told to go to Marlin, TX (30 mins away) because they couldn't find me in the system. ( I mean she tried twice )what she stated is she cld only run my name in the system once but did me a favor cause of how my name was spelled. If you are in town to get your driver license and they refer you to this place. Don't hold your breathe trying to get it. She also kept the paper that I completed to get my b/c even though I did t receive it.. what a waste of time and had to reschedule to get my dl”
