“I have had a horrible experience so far with these unproffessional law firm, which I avidly regret having hired to represemt me on my accident/personal injury case! No feedback, they never come to the phone, much less return calls!!! Jaciel who is assumedly the office manager in Eagle Pass Office, just lies, never extends courtesy of a call back, "always in meetings," so they say! And Whitney the Laredo office manager is even worst! And the attorneys, you never once get to even speak to them even.if yuu request to! No feedback from them, no updates, no status, ever! I have a terminal illness, and they have no consideration, no comman courtesy, no ethics, they lack proffessionalism, big time. No lie! Please don't embark with these people, you will surely live to regret it, with the stress, amd all the turmoil of just being ignored rudely and unethically, believe me please! People who gave them good feedback, are very likely, friends or family, but not credible, based on personal experience! Heed this, I know a bit abput attorneys and common ethics as I have a few in my family, just not persomal.injury, they are crmminal lawyers, have been District Attorneys.in Laredo, and they have ethics, and treat their clients all clients, with respect!!!”

“Do not recommend these attorneys! They never call me back, and jaziel is always in a meeting when I call. The lady answering the calls is so rude and interrupts when I am in the middle of a sentence. Update: Every single time I call Jaziel the one supposed to handle my case is never there. He is always in a meeting or with a client or at lunch, that's fine he's busy but NEVER makes an effort to call me back! Instead he calls my mom which she has nothing to do with the case.”
