“Called the number on the website and it redirected me to the offices in Eagle pass and I gotta say they have some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Made me feel stupid for not having my case number on hand and questioned if I even called the right lawers. The receptionist has a really nasty attitude and gave me a number to call for my case and it turns out it's not even a working number. Terrible service on the eagle pass team!”
