“Whoever the clerk is has the crappiest attitude. Ho, if you are reading this find a new job you seem MISERABLE. Every county I've talked to were nice until I stumbled upon bacliff that should tell you enough”

“If everyone on this Google review got the same lady that I did going to this tax office. She needs to be fired. Her name is Amanda, and from my first question in the conversation with her, to the last, she continued to give me sass and acted like I was such an inconvience. I just had to pay 200 dollars for a citation that was fixed the month before. That should've been dismissed. She refused to see the proof that my citation was fixed. She clearly has had more important things to handle than her job. I have never received such poor customer service in such a long time. When I asked for her boss or supervisor she told me she was the boss and I had to "write a letter" to the judge if I wanted to voice my concerns of her customer service. I really hope that she faces repercussions for her lack of performance and poor attitude.”

“Who ever answers their phones there was nothing but rude ! That women was not helpful in any kind of way and acted like I was inconvienancing her. I talked with 2 other courts this morning and they were so kind and helpful to me and I was so appreciative of that , not like you people were. Someone needs to go to school and learn how to get some respect for the public ! I've never been treated so rudely and disrespected like I was today.”

“The lady who took my phone call was courteous, knowledgable and helped me make the crucial decisions concerning my non-traffic ticket. I appreciate any staff that not only knows the possibilities but also can feel no restrictions upon answering my questions no matter how silly or unaware of. This being my first ticket at 56 yrs of age, was a bit scary to approach. I feel the charges were not mine to own and asked many questions. The staff member allowed me time to ask and she answered in a non rushed way. I felt confortable with her and wished I could have done more to thank her. If shes reading, thank you very much for being personable and knowledgable. You helped me make the right and only decision to make my appearance in court. Thank you A law abiding citizen”

“How are you going to be an office that ppl have to go to to resolve issues that affect their livelihood, like tickets that can prevent them from being able to renew or obtain their license, and not have anyone available to answer the phone or return calls when they call in to address them?”

“It says open from "8am- 4:30 Pm" service but doors are closed and no one answers their phones, terrible service. How can you address anything when they're not available? this is ridiculous.”

“This is supposed to be a court. There should not be newspapers at the very front on the counter that are incredibly right wing. Your political opinion has no place there. Especially at the counter that everyone has to walk up to.”
