Can't answer any questions.And it's almost like an act of congress, actually getting frank on the phone. Frank does not want to deal with you any more than he has to.Even if you've paid him in full. He just gets his receptionist to answer the phone.And tell you lies. The only thing she can confidently tell you is that she don't know. I would definitely spend my money elsewhere.”
