“In the spring of 2020, the world faced an unprecedented global crisis. During this challenging time, I found myself confronted with a deeply personal struggle: the end of my 20-year marriage. With two school-aged children to prioritize, I sought strength, guidance, and expert legal representation. I found all of that--and more--in Margo Fox and her outstanding team. Navigating the complexities of family law during the pandemic presented unique challenges. Courts were closed, remote hearings were new territory, and legal processes faced significant delays. Despite these obstacles, Margo Fox demonstrated exceptional professionalism and adaptability. She took the time to explain every step of the process, often more than once, and ensured her team was thoroughly prepared for every meeting, filing, and court appearance. Over the course of the case, we faced numerous setbacks, including the replacement of opposing counsel on three separate occasions. These changes repeatedly delayed progress and required us to reset the process each time. Yet, Margo remained steadfast, organized, and proactive in addressing every challenge that arose. After more than two years of negotiations, document collection, and navigating external factors like housing market fluctuations and logistical issues, we reached an agreement. By December 2022--33 months after the case began--the court order was finalized. However, there were additional documents related to property matters that required further attention. Without opposing counsel, the final steps moved slowly. Margo reassured me throughout this phase, and together we decided to let the process proceed naturally. Once the mortgage was satisfied in November 2024, the case was officially closed in December 2024. She is extremely ethical and really guided me towards what was best for my kids and the long term. When i got emotional and dug my feet in, she let me vent and then guided me back to the big picture. Margo is a Board Certified Family Law Attorney, they don't just give that title away! It must be earned! I'm a Paralegal in Round Rock (not Family Law), have over 30 years experience in the legal profession, and I have a lot of respect for Margo and would highly recommend her and have! If you want a great attorney you should hire Margo and her team! Also, I question anyone putting a Review on here and calling themselves "Anonymous" - If you cannot admit WHO you are, then you're probably not the most trust-worthy person out there and probably shouldn't be writing negative reviews to try and destroy ones practice or good name. “Margo was the opposing attorney in a custody case concerning my child over the last 2 or so years. She was absolutely horrible. She is as corrupt as they come and has a sense of arrogance and complete disregard for human life and safety. She is just another part of the Williamson County corruption and helped an abusive sociopath maintain custody of our daughter. I was belittled, called names and toyed with, knowing that I did not have representation for most of the case. She abused her power and let an innocent child continue to have her childhood ruined. Her paralegal was a joke and could be seen flirting with my ex-husband IN COURT, even though she was married and had a family of her own. They let themselves be my ex-husband's pawns in his game and it was a circus. She fought to get custody taken away from me for reporting abuse, abuse that she damn well knew was going on. Not only is she a bad attorney, but she is also a terrible person. I think we all know that any mom who loves their children will do whatever it takes to keep them safe. I stand by my words and my actions - I fought for my daughter and her well-being and safety -- and I did the right thing. This woman cannot say the same. All she cared about is taking home that paycheck, to the detriment of a child.”

“If you are looking at an Attorney for family issues, first of all, I'm sorry, it is really horrible, whatever you are going through, I feel for you and I'm sorry. On the topic of attorneys, I've met all kinds of attorneys, and many of them aren't worth it, choose wisely . Fox Law and Margo Fox is an excellent attorney who *listened* to my situation and guided me in the most ethical and cost effective way possible. As my case progressed they learned and understood the special circumstances and BELIEVED in me and championed my children's causes (my cause). At every step of the way, truth, fact, and law were applied . *EMPATHY and COMPASSION* were applied. They stuck by me even when the situation became dangerous, even to themselves.
