“Mario has been an amazing person to work with. I was someone who wanted to do all of my VA claims by myself, but I got to a position that I felt stuck. Mario helped me build what I needed to increase my disability. After building my case, he was able to take care of my informal conference and came back a couple days with the increase. He has also helped my mother with getting her social security disability and my father on his VA disability. Definitely would recommend Mario to any of my veteran friends that are also in the position I was in.”

“I am writing this review because I am currently working with Mario for my claims. I begin filing for va claims in 2023 and was stuck and wasn't going to attempt to file for more due to denied claims and lack of help from previous claim rep. Once I started working with him he help guide me on my next steps and I have had an increase so far thanks to him. I am still going through the process and have been satisfied so far and has appreciated every ounce of help he has giving me. He is knowledgeable and stays in contact throughout the process and I will be forever grateful that I read previous reviews and have selected him to help guide me. We are not finished but the service is by far the best.”

“While researching for a lawyer to assist with an initial denial for my SSDI, I came across Favorable Disability Advocates' website. Reading their process and reviews lead me to call for additional information. I left a message and received a prompt return call from Mr. Hamilton. After speaking with him I immediately decided to have his company assist and represent me with my appeal process. The process took two years. During this time Mr. Hamilton was extremely helpful in retrieving medical records that were not sent to the SSA. He explained why he thought I was denied as well as why the process was taking longer than expected. Mr. Hamilton was always prompt with returning calls and follow up emails, very informative with steps needed to be taken, always assuring and supportive, and extremely positive when I felt discouraged. I'm grateful God lead me to his services!!! Mr. Hamilton and his team did an awesome job!!! Thank you all...God Bless each of you!!!”

“Where do I even start? I cannot thank Mario and his staff anymore than humanly possible. They are not just about the money and if they can profit from you. Research how advocates get paid, you will see that howbthey make money helping you. If you research advocate "lawyers", you will see they are only interested in helping you when you have failed to get your disability/denial, for many years, if the case was legit enough / profitable/ easy to make a substantial enough profit. Im not dogging the lawyers, but they will help if you have been struggling for years and been denied multiple times. Now the lawyers will help you thru the courts and make 25% of what you have been due since the 1st time you have been denied. Thats hig money, do the math. Mario is a veteran who knows how the system works, the correct path to go through to get you what you deserve. My wife put in over 50 years of employment/taxes/social security. If we have had to wait YEARS to get what she has paid into the system , it would have broke us and we would have lost everything we had worked our whole lives for. Thank you Mario and your team for having a heart and not looking to make a a big enough profit in order to help us. I wish I could do more than thanking you and giving you a 5 star review. With the legality issues and you not accepting gifts, etc. Just shows how you are a person with a heart and does all of this to truly help people. I will work hard to pay it foward and make sure my actions prioritize helping others 1st. Just to be clear, I contacted 3 lawyers and 2 other advocate groups. With the information I provided, only 1 lawyer contacted me and let me know how my wife and I could go through the process and basically told me good luck, contact us if you get denied., aka make a bigger profit. No other advocate groups even replied. Thank you Mario and your team. What yall do will make you unforgettable legends. ”

“Favorable Disability Advocates went above and beyond what is required. Mario runs operation that is completely in favorable to the veteran or claimant with all necessary sufficient evidence to support your claim. Before I contacted him I was stuck at 80% combined VA disability rating with another veteran's organization for disability claims for over 4 years. But when I contacted Favorable Disability Advocates in August 2024, Mario did his research and homework, and found in my military service treatment records, the specific and critical details in connection to my current health conditions or issues. And now 12 months later Mario got me at a 100% combined VA disability rating. I appreciate Mario very much for his commitment and expertise to get my claim to 100% rating in a timely and quick manner. He went above and beyond for what was required for evidence of the claim.
