Thankfully this courthouse has been turned over and the bad staff are all gone! You won't find a more amicable and equitable group of ladies running this court. Most specifically, Celia, embodies truth and fairness. She goes out of her way to ensure everyone is shown respect and is prepared for their day in court. Can't thank her enough for changing my expectations of how a courthouse can be run. P.S. the judge is amazing and knows her stuff. She listens and works within her limits to make the day an easier one than you'd expect to find in other courtrooms.

I was in and out within 15 minutes. The clerk was clear and everything was smooth. Hopefully, I will never have to come here again.

I've never had to be here, so it's five stars from me.

I spoke to Teresa over the phone a couple times and she helped me through what I needed to do, what documents to get, and so forth. If there were any concerns I had, I would leave her a message or E-mail her and I would get a response/call back within a business day. She's not overly friendly but she wasn't rude either--I would say she's civil and that's enough for me. Now, besides all that, she called me to let me know I forgot something along with the documents I sent over...and you know, not a lot of people would do that, especially if this involves traffic violations. I'm leaving my reviews 5 stars because she assisted me through the process and answered any questions I had. Now as someone who has ADHD, that means a lot. Thanks, Teresa.

They've done it again. They directed their minions this evening to 1) completely block all traffic on INTERSTATE 75 so that 2) they could catch those quickly trying to recoup the time that was intentionally robbed them in traffic. That is, the cops closed all but one lane, and they waited on the other side for those who would try to pick up speed when finally through the other side. This is a trap if I have ever seen one. This is litigation-worthy. This is Department of Justice / Supreme Court worthy. No one should get away with this kind of behavior, especially not those whom we put in charge. How dare you completely shut down the highway at 9:00 p.m. on a weekday and then brutally enforce speed limits on the other side, knowing full well the pent-up frustrations that you are creating in your citizenry. Whoever authorized and oversaw this operation should be FIRED!

I went in to ask for a copy of the list of defensive driving courses I'm allowed to take because misplaced the list that also sported my due date on it. Whoever was the clerk at this time (09/27 12:00p) was extremely rude. She told me I "didn't get that paper here" and just to "look up the courses online and take those". While I understand that's an option now, I was unsure. I don't know what outlook she had on me, but questions never warrant disrespect. I know where I got my information from the first time and I'm frankly upset I was spoken to in the tone she used. Please don't treat people with questions or concerns like they're stupid.

I got a speeding ticket....no big deal, it happens. However, the staff at the municipal court is the absolute most unprofessional witch (b) I have ever had to encounter. Miss Personality I am sure deals with mad people all day complaining about tickets, I was not one of them. I sped, I got a ticket, I just need to take care of it. Put a smile on your face and a little upbeat into your voice and maybe just MAYBE you could brighten someones day

They were closed Monday and Friday of the same week. When I called mid week, I just received recordings. Also older Fairview officer, who was parked in a turning lane with no signal light on, he could have caused an accident. He followed 2 miles into Allen, waited until I was pulling into park until he turned his lights on?!?
