I wanted to edit my review to include a few other team members that are invaluable in their support to myself and my associations. Christine Ladwig has been awesome with my largest HOA and all the intricacies that come with them. Kerri Ramage and Lana Crucin work tirelessly to stay on top of our AR. And then there's Maureen Paine who is always so patient in helping with our meeting needs and beyond. Dunlap & Shipman has the best team around and I couldn't be more appreciative to have them supporting us.”

“Mike Henry is the best attorney. I called over 15 attorneys for a real estate contract issue. He is competent and knows the law! Believe it or not, many attorneys just aren't that sharp. Mike is sharp! Most of them didn't know the law or just wanted a a lot of money and hadn't done one ounce of work. I called him needing my issue resolved quickly and he responded extremely quickly. He is ethical and has the highest level of integrity. He cares about helping the client. He lays out the options you have available to you. 100% recommend Mike Henry; very smart, hardworking, acts with urgency and ethical and will get positive results!!”

“Horrible service. Warning! Do not use this firm. Gary Shipman takes advantage of people needing assistance. He quoted $5,000 and then kept billing on 2x! for doing nothing and NEVER communicating! He is incompetent as well; taking a federal case back to the state level after it was already removed from the state, a case that EOC already dismissed! He just tries to run up the hours and double bill. When he hired new staff he billed me to train them!”
