“They cut a check to me from a lawsuit. They made it out to the wrong person. When I called, they said they would reissue at the end of that week. After two additional weeks I still hadn't received the check. I called. They said they have no idea when they will reissue the check. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They act as though it's my fault they cut the check to the wrong person. Completely unprofessional.”

Some of the reviews are misleading as DW does not generally handle plaintiff law, meaning cases where one party is suing another. “Too long to type but one day our case is winnable and the next you don't have a case, then you show them, maybe for the 3rd or fourth time eveidence, pictures, and witnesses to testify. Then she fired us by email with no explanation or even a phone call. But she charged us 10,000 and five months before she saw some conflict. Now she wants paid for doing nothing. She talked more to the guy we were suing than us and then used his verbiage against us. We are left devasted and looking for a new attorney 2 weeks before trial. Never go here.”
