“As a real estate professional who has closed /been a part of hundreds of transactions for sellers and buyers, this is the worst closing attorney that I've ever dealt with for any transaction I've ever had. I understand that due to Covid things need to be done differently. But maybe they should take into consideration that when you have to have people in separate rooms that you should stagger the appointments so that way your clients aren't sitting in a room for over an hour without anyone talking to them. Also, the customer service in general is NON existent. Everyone who I had the displeasure of speaking with, was not helpful and to be quite honest, rude. I'll continue to remind my clients, they have a the right to choose their closing /title services and stick with other options.”
