“I strongly advise anyone considering this attorney to stay away -- especially if your case involves something as serious and emotional as child custody. I hired this attorney to help me pursue custody of my children and was told a court date would be coming soon. After that conversation, communication completely stopped. I called every day for three weeks and received no response. No updates. No returned calls. Nothing. The only time I was able to get a response was when payment was involved. Once money was paid, the urgency disappeared. I was left completely in the dark about my own case while trying to fight for my kids. In my experience, there was a serious lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. When you are dealing with your children's future, you need an attorney who is responsive and proactive -- not someone you have to chase down for basic answers. Based on what I experienced, I cannot recommend this attorney and suggest others look elsewhere.”

I retained this attorney to help me seek custody of my children and was told a court date would be scheduled soon. After that initial conversation, communication stopped entirely. I called consistently for three weeks straight and received no response -- no updates, no returned calls, no information about my case. The only time I was able to get any kind of response was when payment was due. Once the money was received, the urgency and communication disappeared. I was left completely in the dark while trying to fight for my children. In my experience, there was a significant lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism. When your children's future is at stake, you need an attorney who is responsive, transparent, and proactive -- not someone you have to repeatedly track down just to get basic updates. I would also caution people to take some of the positive reviews with a grain of salt. From what I have observed, many of them appear inauthentic and do not reflect the experience I had. Based on what I went through, I cannot recommend this attorney and would strongly advise others to carefully consider other options.”

“The firm is currently representing my ex-husband and is very unresponsive. I've called his office numerous times with no answer or calls back. The two times the office receptionist Ivy has answered has promised to set up meetings with me to discuss the case even offered to text me from her personal number and no meetings or text have been received. Apparently they have all this proof they have been emailing me and calling me but when I search my emails and look at my att bill call log databases - there is nothing from this firm. I've researched this attorney and he has been on probation several times which makes me think after reading all the other reviews that he is scamming my ex out of money when he isn't doing his part in this legal matter. Yet, if you look at his facebook - he posts all his little podcasts videos but doesn't have time to take a 30 minute meeting. His firm and office staff are very unreliable. I would definitely reconsider if anyone is hiring this firm.”

“I'm sure I'll get a quick response with this review, but not when we call into the office. I'm not sure how he's getting these "good reviews" I'm sure most are fake accounts. He has scammed me out of services & money that he still owes me. It was a child support modification & we couldn't even get that done & I'm currently still waiting after 3 years with nothing done. This is super frustrating that I have to deal with this because it wasn't cheap to pay him. Even his former legal firm (Kell law firm) is aware of what he is doing. At this point all I want is my money back. More than likely it isn't gonna happen he's just going to respond to this review & keep on scamming people. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!! SCAMMMMEERRR!”

“Hello, I found Beau Fiegel by googling lawyers! My ex husband went a whole year without seeing or talking to our son. Two days before he graduated from 5th grade, he decided to show up to our son's school and unenrolled him from his school. Took him back to his house. I was a wreck! He fought my narcissistic ex husband and put him to shame! I was granted not only custody but through the fight and courts I had my son back with me! Beau told me when it was all over. If my ex husband tries to pull anything again! He would not only have my back! But he would never hesitate to be there for my son and I. My son and I couldn't be happier!
