“I don't leave reviews but I'm so upset with this lawyer firm. I went in on December 20th five days after I had surgery to see if they could help my husband in ice custody. Everything sounded nice even said if they couldn't help and no documents were filed I would get a refund. The consultation was video call he said that my husband qualified for cancellation of removal, that I would have to pay 2,000 in a trust and an attorney would schedule a video call with my husband. So I paid the money and finally heard back the video call was set for January 2. January 2 came my husband said a guard told him get ready for the your visit and the visitation never happened. I called and was informed that the facility canceled the visit. So they said they would reschedule, never heard anything back until I messaged them on TikTok saying I wanted a refund. That same day I was called and they said it was the facility I said ok I wanted a refund they called me back and said Melissa got a visit set for January 13 the next day surprise surprise. So January 13 she does the visit she doesn't have any information and I sent it all over and the lady Daisy at the front confirmed she received everything. So I resent everything on Wednesday and then received a call Friday January 16th that there isn't anything they can do to help my husband. I said ok when I get a refund she said no because we did the video call. This is very frustrating unprofessional behavior and I feel they took advantage of me and my family during vulnerable times. Please everyone beware.”

“My mother recently got detained by ICE and we thought they could help us. On the spot they asked for $2k to start an investigation (too expensive) and in total $13k. A few weeks after they said they couldn't help us when before we payed they would say "we are certain that there is something that can be done". It took them about a month to say this on an email. Do not waste your money on these people, the communication is horrible and their prices are too high.”
