“If I could give 1/4 a star I would. This office has the worst communication with their clients. It was always excuse after excuse. We used Jessica to have a case moved from one county to another and was told it would take 3 weeks and took over 3 months. We only spoke with Jessica twice. Once when my fiance spoke with her in the consult we didn't hear from her until May and after demanding a call back. Needless to say if you want to use someone who works on "other cases" and not yours they are your people. The only person that would help us was Amy and she was very understanding with our frustrations.”
