“Who are these 2?!?!?! Holding up a lane and not letting people go through? Can't even signal the cars behind us as a courtesy or close the line if they are holding this vehicle for whatever reason!!! Oh and they saw us trying to reverse out of the lane while both guys laughing and watching something on the phone! This is ridiculous, DFW hire professional people who take their job serious not clowns.”

“My wife had missed a flight due to a multitude of errors created by American Airlines. She was referred to a hotel across the street. She had rebooked her flight and was supposed to get a wake up. Call, this not only did not happen, but her phone died in the middle of the night. As a retired police officer myself I know all too well some of the complications that arise when it comes to welfare checks inside of hotels. The Airport Police were very professional, courteous, quick to respond and thorough when the hotel misspelled my wife's last name and insisted she was not there. But they continued to dig. I cannot even express the fear that I was experiencing not knowing where she was. These guys Are 100% The best example for why you become a police officer to begin with. They located her. She was safe and they went out of their way to ensure that she was not only found, but that she was safe and was able to be put back in contact with family. A big thanks to all of the men and women who worked effortlessly and tirelessly to resolve this. It has been a while since I have seen such professional positive police work after leaving law-enforcement myself. I am very impressed with this agency.”

“Police are biased. Covered up knife threat and made false judgmental statements and pushed me out of work for reporting. Horrible police personnel.”

“I was going 4 miles over the speed limit and a cop pulls in front of me and brake checks me! 6 years I've been driving in here and even passed police before just barely going past speed limit and never had one do that to me! Must be a rookie, I suggest next time pull me over and give me a ticket, all in all the police there are great!”

“These guys are money hungry and too aggressive in trying to penalize people. DFW airport police had my truck towed from covered parking in error. The officer thought my handicap tag had been reported stolen. In fact my wife's tag was lost and reported over a year ago, BUT handicap packards have individual serial numbers. My tag has NEVER been reported lost or stolen. Somebody was in a hurry to create some pain and havoc for a law abiding citizen. You guys need to slow down and make sure you are correct. My wife has LUPUS and is unable to drive me to get my truck from a tow lot in Euless. This sucks after being out of town for business and coming back to this. Nobody has yet to make this right. I have always supported our law enforcement officers, but this really burns me.”

“I had lost an item on a flight we had taken and from there someone stole it. I called and from the minute I got on the phone with someone from this department, they were nothing but helpful. they were quick to follow up, I spoke to someone on Monday and by Friday my item had been found. a special thank you to Sergeant Ott! he kept me up to date with every step he took. can't say thank you enough.”

“My friend was arrested at the airport back in July. She express her very pleasant visit, but short stay. She said the police, guard staff were very nice, accommodating, and informative in helping with her then recent situation. She recommends this place is you must go to a "detention center". Unlimited data calls, all you can talk was a plus. My friend also said she will be dropping by from time to time on her next travels to speak and show gratitude. For me personally, I hope they are Union, if not I say, unionize . And thanks for treating my friend right and like a human, we need more services workers like yall. Thanks. - Cezeebaby”
