“First time I heard of Mr.Decker he was a guest speaker on a podcast about the different types of easement laws and he also gave some scenarios on how they work .I was so impressed with his level of expertise and experience. I decided to contact him by phone to explain my particular situation with regard to family property that's landlocked and in need of easement to access. Mr.Decker agreed to a phone consultation at no charge.I explained all the details over the phone. We verbally agreed on a course of action to write a easement letter to one owner of the properties. It was understood that I would write him a email with all the properties owners and land description details. The email was sent out a day or two later on 04/24/2019. I waited for a reply for over 10 days and heard nothing back from Mr. Decker. So I called his office to confirm that he had received my email and was informed that Mr.Decker had indeed received it. 10 days or so and still no reply to my email after it had been confirmed that he had received it. I called again and was informed that I would be given a return call... IT NEVER CAME .”

“My 84 yr old father was hospitalized w/COVID in mid February. I needed immediate help w/obtaining power of attorney; I'm an only child. I'd spoken w/an attorney, in the same town my dad was hospitalized, to no avail. My next call was to James Decker, within 2 hrs I had the legal documents required. I was able to obtain the signatures required (from witnesses) on one of the documents and the notary public's stamp on the second...on the same day. His knowledge, professionalism and empathy eased my tremendous stress. I'll be forever grateful.”
