1.0“I came to them for help because my lawyers lied about me in legal documents, ignored me, refused to give me my case file and lied to me the whole process from beginning to end. I had a ton of emails proving this. My case file should have all the medical evidence proving this but I wasn't taking seriously or they got paid by dyer garaffalo Mann and Schultz to let them get away with this. I got a call from the bar associations guy they put on my grievances only to be told they said they answered plenty of your questions, which they absolutely did not and the emails proved that, that I didn't go to the emergency room, which I didn't know was a requirement and I told the lawyer this before I hired them and they said this was something they could help me with only to turn around and say they couldn't fight for me because of this. There is emails to prove this. And he told me that their time was worth something. What about my time. They drug this out for over two years pretty much three only to tell me that he didn't want to fight for me. But yet I had to pay them to lie about me in legal documents, ignore me, and waste my time. The bar association didn't do their job at all. If they would have actually read all the emails and got all the information or answered me about what I needed to do, then they would of seen what Dyer Garaffalo Mann and Schultz did to me was unethical. Don't trust them to help you when your lawyers are ruining your life. They won't do the right thing!”
1.0“These people have the communication skills of an anti-social minor. It is very hard to find a lawyer that matches your case. Even harder just to have them answer your calls or talk to you coherently. They gave me a lawyer that talked too quickly, and wanted to speedrun my case so he can get it done. I never got a chance to slow down and explain what is happening because they just wanted to finish my case before it even began. The amount of disrespect with the "hurry it up move along i don't got all day" attitude was disgusting. Felt very invalidating. And trying to pick a different lawyer that treated me like my existence matters was even more difficult when nobody talks to me. I eventually just gave up because nobody wanted to sit down and actually discuss my case with me. And when I say discuss. I mean talk through it all. Not... glossing over it and being vague.”
5.0“Mr. Keith Rickers was outstanding. He delivered on everything he said he was going to do. We did not have to communicate extensively because he was precise and direct, let me know what to expect and what he needed from me to assist, and HE DELIVERED. He was recommended to me by a very close friend, and I in turn would recommend him to anyone I knew or cared about. You would be in good hands if you hired Mr. Fricker.”
1.0“I've literally left 4 voicemails with these people and they will not call me back. Just want to file a simple grievance. If I had not answered my clients after multiple calls and left messages I would be fired. Not for the good ole govt.”
1.0“Andrew Davenport is the worst public defender ever he will just try to make u take the plea deal even if he knows ur completely innocent. It makes his job easier if u admit guilt because then he gets paid faster and gets through more cases. Andrew Davenport is a horrible person.”
4.0“I have not met the issues brought up in negative reviews. My experience has been very much the opposite. Communication, transparency, and spit on law. Anyway, take your chances..I personally recommend this firm. Something I seldom do. *spot spellcheck ugh. Idiot trolls ^”
1.0“Ben calling for a month. No one answered the phone and somehow no one's available ever. Laaaaame”
5.0“Laura was very professional and helpful. She took time to walk me through the online process for getting a duplicate notary certificate!”
