“Be sure to ask how long it will take & the price. I didn't ask the price & we paid quite a bit for four documents to move property without title searches or anything. I also had to call back to ask about the status after waiting almost three months. I was told they were waiting on more information from a bank that we were not using & had not been mentioned when I called & requested the documents. Don't make the same mistake I did, ask prices & check around if you would like it timely”
