“I contacted this firm regarding an easy, clear case involving FMLA interference and medical accommodations during cancer treatment. While my intake was reviewed, there was minimal engagement with the substance of the claim, and I was ultimately advised to handle the matter myself rather than offered representation or meaningful guidance. Actually was told to take steps I had already tried before seeking representation. Given the seriousness and documentation involved, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to key details. I would not recommend or trust this firm for FMLA, medical accommodation matters, or quite frankly any representation and would suggest seeking other counsel who takes the time to thoroughly evaluate potential cases.”
