“The lady in the front was extremely rude. Twice, she told me that I needed some documents and each time I made the drive back, she said I was wrong. On the third time, she kicked me out because it was 20 minutes until lunch. She yelled too. I ended up going to the MVD place by Albertsons on Redd. It took 5 minutes and cost $1.00.”

“To who it may ot concern. The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional, rude and angry. Toward me and other customers. Does not possess any customer service skills for employees such as clerical position dealing the the general public in the daliy basis should be a polite.. The type of behavior is so toxic.. Aggressively I was told to go outside and sign my document and then sign back in. Waited for about 1hour 30 Minutes.”

“Quick service, no wait time. The only concern was that the signage was a bit hard to understand. Once I was at the right door, everything was very easy and fast.”

“The lady in the front is unprofessional very rude makes you feel low and low key racist. Need to remove her from the front if she's gonna keep acting rude to everyone like she owns the place. Please make arrangements on moving her from there if not Im gonna file complain or else get my lawyers to do it for me.”

“Super disorganized, lack of communication, rude, ect Judge didn't even listen to my case. The officer lied. Had to go to another court office just to set up a payment plan, oh and its mandatory that if you want to set up a payment plan you have to go in person. You have to wait an hour for them to even get the payment plan set up.”

“I walked in yesterday before 4 do the lady with long dark hair and half a pony tail I walked in with my two children and right away she's like what do you need before I could even say anything I asked her if I needed to sign in she says what what do you need I wasn't exactly sure what it is that I needed I was trying to explain to her what it was that I needed she was very rude I i didn't say anything my kids alone said mom she was rudeididn't say anything because I had my kids i was there waiting for my cousin rude to them as well making seem like they had A lot of paper work & they would have to come in later my cousin's husband asked i just need a title transfer & in the end they only had a little to fill out for that.I stayed Incase they needed my signature still said thank you & she still just acted as though she didn't hear me the other lady wasn't that bad but i also over hear them tell an Asian couple wait we are not done yet & they were obviously lost in language communication an elderly couple that made me even more mad.For people putting in complaints try n be as specific or get a name these women need to be out of a job!”

“Extremely slow They had a sign up for out to lunch return at 1230pm by 1:15 still not back who ever is in charge here needs to be talk to I believe it's the county tax assessor where you register your vehicle This actually happened yesterday On September 20th”

“Let me save you a headache. Google says they Close at 5 but in the building it says they close at 4pm. But in reality they won't attend you after 3pm unless you are already there.”
