“I had an appointment scheduled and then Rebecca cancelled the Google invite last minute with no reason. I reached out by phone, chat and email and got no response. If they didn't want to talk about my case, that's fine, but at least say so, not just cancel the appointment in Google last minute and not communicate with someone. _______ In response to your reply, I don't appreciate being gaslit--whether here or via text--into deleting my review. This was my personal experience, and I have every right to share it. I may not be a client now, but there's a reason for that, and I'm well within my rights to leave feedback. What you stated is simply not true. I've quadruple-checked with my brother, and none of this was communicated to him. However, interestingly enough, both of our phone numbers suddenly started working after I left this review... To clarify, I scheduled the appointment on my brother's behalf while he was traveling, but I provided all of HIS direct contact information. He woke up to a cancellation notice, asked me about it, and I immediately called and messaged to confirm whether it was an accident. Yet, no one answered or returned my calls or messages. If your policy is to not allow third-party appointment scheduling, then I should have never been able to make the appointment in the first place, and it was confusing to be able to do that, yet now I am being shamed for calling and trying to confirm something that I did. I was also fully transparent with your intake person about the situation from the beginning. At the end of the day, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Instead of attempting to discredit my review, perhaps focus on taking some accountability and improving communication and policies to prevent future issues like this.”

“Jennifer and her assistant, Debby, were absolutely great! I contacted the firm five days prior to a friend needing to appear in court. My friend had been dealing with some serious health issues and needed for me to speak on his behalf. While he was involved throughout, I explained his situation and provided documentation that might benefit his defense. Jennifer worked with me quickly, professionally, and efficiently. Her fees were reasonable and fair. She's very knowledgeable and defended my friend with a successful outcome. I would definitely recommend her services!”

“I never thought that I would ever need a defense attorney but life can be brutal. A person I trust strongly recommended Jennifer Gersch as a defense attorney who would do an excellent job of handling my situation. Jennifer, exceeded my expectations of what a defense attorney can do. She demonstrated she would work tirelessly on the case to present my story before the court which would absolve me of charges against me. As a defense attorney she is determined to get questions, that present themselves during discovery, surrounding the situation answered and resolved. She went out of her way to find experts who could reconstruct the incident and refute opposing council's presentation and counter with with facts and evidence to the contrary. She met with me on a consistent basis throughout the discovery process to how the case was unfolding and we came to an agreement of how the case would be presented in the courtroom. She prepared me for my deposition to allow me to factually answer confrontational questions that opposing counsel could and would pose during cross examination and I felt confident that the jury would understand my story. She is aggressive about representing her clients and patiently listens to questions and answers them as they come up during discussions. She's wants you to be comfortable before your case is presented before the court. Before you go to trial Jennifer will have a plan and presentation to your satisfaction.”
