“Charles Sullivan was listed as the attorney of record in my civil case but failed to respond to discovery requests served on June 12, 2025, and again via certified mail on June 26, 2025. No objections were filed, no extension was requested, and no licensed attorney from his office contacted me at any point during the critical response window. Every email I sent went unanswered--except for a single reply that came weeks after all relevant deadlines had passed. During that time, all communication was improperly delegated to a paralegal who is not licensed to practice law and had not formally entered an appearance. Due to this inaction and lack of professionalism, his clients missed the opportunity to accept a lower settlement and ultimately were forced to pay more money. This outcome could have been avoided entirely with even basic communication. Additionally, public records show Mr. Sullivan was previously disciplined by the Texas State Bar in 2020. Although he is currently eligible to practice, I believe this pattern of behavior raises legitimate concerns. If you're seeking an attorney who is responsive, diligent, and timely--my experience suggests looking elsewhere.”
