He was very detailed in his explanations in helping you understand the way the legal process works, what to expect, and what your options were. Even before I retained his as my attorney, he took the time to call me without an appointment, and talked to me for about an hour and a half about my case. His customer service is excellent, if you email him he will respond very quickly..this was very important to me. It is very clear he knows what he is talking about when it comes to copyright laws and his instructions on how to follow through with everything was perfect. It is also obvious that he enjoys what he's doing to help you. Within an hour of talking to him via the telephone it felt like I was talking to a close friend rather than an attorney.
