“Very helpful! Candace took the time to make sure I understood the legal process for filing a lien on a general contractors property. She wrote the lien notification letter and advised me on how to pursue the lien. Did not have to pursue the lien The client paid up after he received the lien letter. Candace was happy to talk to me, super friendly, responsive to my needs and the hourly rate was suitable.”
