“Quiency Brannan is a liar, he is a huge disappointment! He will tell you one thing then do another. I personally set in the court room on multiple occasions watching people ask the Judge to please grant them another lawyer saying that he has done nothing for them, wont answer or return their calls, or communicate with them. I can personally also testify to that as well, with a family member of mine that he was representing. Mr Brannan actually does not currently have office in Anna either, he uses a business and their address, as if it was his. My family went to the location to try and communicate with Mr Brannan, but was told, he does not have an office here, but will sometimes come there and use their meeting room. His secretary (which I cannot confirm, but was told is his mother) Oh, she seems very professional on the phone, I have spoken to her personally, but guess what she did not follow through with what she said she would do; she never called me back. My family is so disappointed in Mr. Brannan. I would NOT recommend him for anything! I have been in ministry for over 30years, including Jail & Prison Ministry and was hopeful because his reviews was a perfect five stars on google. I personally believe that all lawyers should give their clients equal representation, if it's court appointed or someone pays them 30,000 dollars. This definitely told me who this guy is in real life. The fruit that I observed is not that of an honorable man. It saddens me to see this, and I wonder how many incarcerated individuals have done longer time because of his lack of proper representation. Everyone is supposed to be allowed adequate representation and if your loved one or friend is given this attorney you may want to petition the court for a different one in my opinion. I do not trust him or recommend him at all. I also personally watched him cuss out an individual in the lobby that he was representing, and it totally shocked me how he spoke to the guy. It was not needed and inappropriate. I have been told by a lot of people multiple rumors about Quiency Brannan in which I will not list because I cannot prove them personally, but I do know that currently two families are reporting him to the State bar of Texas. Why would you want to trust your family or friends to this guy. Everyone is entitled adequate representation, is this the kind of guy you want? If l could have left no stars I would have, just being honest. I speak the truth, in Jesus name <><”

“Mr Brannan and Ms Terry were fantastic to work with. We are residents of MO and received a traffic violation in TX, which could have easily been a disaster with logistics, but it wasn't at all. Mr Brannan more than took care of us and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Beyond grateful for both of their services!”
