“Worst bail bond company I've ever dealt with. They do not communicate with the co-signer at all. Instead of calling, emailing, or sending any kind of notice, they just revoked the bond out of nowhere, and my son ended up getting arrested for absolutely no reason related to us. We were never told that David didn't even work there anymore, yet they let us leave several voicemails for him. When we finally got a call back, the excuse we got was, "You're talking to the one who cuts the checks." Completely unprofessional. No letters, no warnings, no follow-up--nothing. This was our first time dealing with a bail bonds company, and it has been the worst experience possible. They are unempathetic, unprofessional, and clearly don't care about their clients. Don't waste your money here. I truly regret not going with a different bail bond company.”
