1.0“I would give them a zero star if I could. Today I called to ask about my minor son court date, and was told the court date. I proceeded to ask the address of where he would need to go and the lady had the nerve to tell me to have my son call. I told her if he was able to call he would but he doesn't know how to handle info like that and is a minor child. I am his parent and it is my job to help my son out. She told me have him give us a call. I got upset and raised my voice bc this is not ok to not give me the info of where he needed to go for his court date for no drivers license. How dare you lady!! It was very simple to just give me the info I asked. I admit is was not right to raise my voice but I am tired of tall thinking bc the position you're in you can treat people any way. How dare you!!”
5.0“answered on time and lady was super helpful..i guess i got lucky based off the other reviews.”
5.0“Karen at the clerks office was super helpful and nice she answered all my questions I was confused about and assisted me throughout the whole time Balch Springs TX is a beautiful city with great people.”
1.0“Disgusting, worst customer service. African American lady gave me attitude and shut the curtain on me. Could not answer any questions just gave me a court date and basically told me to have my "money ready". Handled poorly this city shouldn't be at all. They care nothing about its residents. Very quick to give "failure to signal" citations but can't respond quick to a crash etc. $205 for failure to signal.”
2.0“Are these hours wrong or is this place just never open? I've been trying to pay a ticket for three weeks, but everytime I get there, they are closed. Because they close so early, it is difficult for me to get there and I have to leave work early, but every single time I get there they have been closed. So I thought maybe I should call in advance. I don't even know if they have phones hooked up in this place because it rings for an eternity until it just randomly hangs up. I generally show up between 3:40 and 4:20. The other day I got there at 4:05 and the building was locked and the sign said closed. There was a car in the parking lot, and the sign on the INSIDE of the building said "court payment processing hours are from 8:00-4:30" And yet, here I am before 4:20 everytime I get here and they are never open. UPDATE: They recently taped a piece of paper with a poorly written 2 over the 3 in "4:30" so the closing time is now 4:20. That being said, they still are not open at that time. So. UPDATE: At the very least, the woman who processed the payment was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful in this matter, so customer service is a plus for sure. At least from her.”
