“If I could give zero stars, I would, the man was trying to tell me that because I am not in a position for any type of legal recourse a.k.a. I don't have to come out of pocket with my union benefits for him to do anything that there's nothing for me to do in a tenant right issue where I'm trying to be forcibly removed because I'm asking for roaches to be removed by a licensed professional under DEC law. I asked him multiple times to give me confirmation of the laws and codes I was sighting was correct and the lawyer was more interested in arguing with me and pushing me off on a state department then just giving me the answers that I Absolutely appalling experience I would not recommend him to anyone.”

“Siegal is a waste of Money. Does little to no work! Just wants to take advantage of you, and take your money! It sad, because he has a great staff and would be clearly lost without them. I would NEVER recommend or hire him. He will try to run up your bill, and milk the situation. He has taken advantage of people close to me and sadly gets away with it.”

“Mike Assaf and the entire team at Assaf and Siegel are exceptional. No one likes to discuss divorce, much less talk about it after the fact. However, I must make an exception because Mike and his team stood by me for many years while the divorce proceedings ran their arduous course. Mike was available by phone 24/7, even when he was out of the country. There were so many times when I wanted to throw in the towel because of sheer exhaustion from it all, but Mike and his wonderful colleague, Marissa, convinced me to hang in there and in the end, they were right. I wish you peace during this process.”

“I cannot recommend highly enough obtaining the services of David Siegel and his great team of Katarina and Renee, if you find yourself facing a divorce. David knows his stuff, has an incredible wealth of experience to draw from, and is compassionate. It was apparent from my initial interview that he had listened to me and understood what was most important to me. He came up with a plan that ended up as the outline for the ultimate agreement.
