“Good afternoon argyle police department.....l am a really hard working LYFT driver that has been in my service for over 7 years, picking up drunk people and servicing the DFW, keeping good and bad people out of trouble, Today I got pulled over by one of your officers named allgood, and his partner Humphries, I tried telling them that I work so hard to keep people safe, and I'm sorry if you though I was speeding Officer Humphries was been very polite and respectful but Mr allgood badge 1208 needs work at his communication skills!! I try to talk and he would not let me finish. Or even say a word! I felt very disrespectful by his actions, I will also send a writing complaint! through mail! Not sure if he had a bad day or not, but he also wrote my DOB wrong on my citation! Thanks again argyle department. ”

“Having trouble understanding why every page on their website has this number. Why every citation given out has this number. Why the police department themselves, give you this number. If no one is on the other end. "Need Help?... Contact us" because it doesn't seem that way. It's seeming almost like, oh well we tried to call you once, doesn't matter that you called 16 times, you missed your chance. I'm a bit frustrated after attempting to get ahold of them for days now, and not a single call back attempt on their end.”

“They don't pickup the phone between 12 and 3pm. They take 5-7 business days to reply to emails. I'm trying to pay for a fee and the website doesnt offer anywhere to enter citation number and Drivers License number to access payment fees. Do I need to register an account? Do I need to call to pay? What's going on here?”

“Getting my ticket taken care of here was the easiest and even most pleasant experience ive ever had at any municipal court. Judith is so sweet and made sure i had everything i needed to take care of it. Plus...no line!”

“Got a speeding ticket, and the ladies here helped me with all that I needed and were friendly along the whole way. Even more so when I was having technical problems that were difficult to resolve. I definitely have no complaints.”

“It takes hours to renew your drivers license... can't even figure out if you are next, where you are in line. The numbers are confusing and doesn't tell you if and when you may be called! Pack a lunch, dinner... pillow. This is not a good experience.”

“Small town friendly! It didn't even bother me that I was paying a fine! I was greeted with a polite smile and quick excellent service. I'm going to love living in Argyle!”
