“Ali Kelley Law helped me get justice for my young daughter who was injured at a hotel pool while on a work trip, due to the hotel's negligence. At the time of the incident I was too rattled to think beyond my daughter's pain & physical wellbeing, but when we got back home I realized that the hotel had done a very poor job of helping us. Even after I contacted them to cover the cost of the medical treatment my daughter needed, to which they agreed to at first, I never got a resolution from them. It was then that I contacted Ms. Kelley for her advice, and she was incredibly helpful. I wasn't out for a payday and she fully supported that, guiding me every step of the way, ensuring that I was absolutely comfortable with the process. At the end, justice was served and I'm very thankful for Ms. Kelley's hard work that got us there!”

“We are going through a challenging situation with a large denied home insurance claim. We were introduced to Ms. Kelley by a colleague of hers, and our over-one-hour consultation gave us so much hope! Ms. Kelley expressed confidence that she could help us and referenced her experience with at least one similar case. She was quick to send us an engagement letter to sign and asked if we had any questions. To our dismay, when we asked several questions (including about whether the contingency fee was negotiable) Ms. Kelley suddenly retracted the engagement letter and told us to find another firm. This was a shock (and big disappointment) as we were trying to be respectful while gathering information that we felt would help us make an informed decision about a large potential financial commitment. We apologized and said we were comfortable signing the original engagement letter, to which Ms. Kelley responded that there was no need to apologize but that she no longer wanted to help us. It's hard not knowing exactly what went wrong between Ms. Kelley and us, but we wish her the best and hope to find another attorney who will give us a bit more grace as we navigate a catastrophe of this kind for the first time.”
