“I was served with child custody documents by my daughters father unexpectedly. I had reached out to Karen after speaking with a couple other attorneys and I am really glad I had chosen her. Considering the length of time I was working with her and the situation she was very affordable and was very open the entire time. Kylee her paralegal was also amazing and I appreciate their willingness to assist even after the case was over. I would recommend Alexander & Associates to everyone!”

“Karen and her team are amazing! She represented me in my divorce and went above and beyond to fight for me. She will not allow you to settle when it comes to parental rights and will not be pushed around by opposing counsel. I really appreciated her honesty and being very up front with me when discussing what to expect during the process. She earned my trust from the start. Got to praise her paralegal Kylee, as well. It was my first time working with an attorney and she was able to explain everything in plain mans language. Her attitude was very reassuring. The responding time was amazing. Her legal team is also super polite and helpful. Hoping to never need another attorney but I know that if another situation arises I'll have the best there is.”

“During initial consultation, Ms. Karen was very kind and patient, answered all our questions, and informed us we had a simple case that would take 6 months to complete. Well, due to lack of communication, paperwork kept getting misplaced and not filed by Paralegal Kylee; our case was finalized in less than 24 months. I ended up having to contact the law office every week to make sure our case kept rolling. If not, the case would keep sitting on the desk and not get filed in a timely manner. Overall, I am satisfied that the case is finally closed. However, with the lack of communication and repeated broken promises from this office, our experience was horrible.”
