“If I could give this law firm 0 stars, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, my negative experience was entirely due to the front desk staff and overall lack of professionalism at the front office. The front desk is the first impression of any business, and in this case, it was a very poor one.nnMy husband and I arrived at 11:25 AM for our 11:30 AM appointment, only to sit and wait while another couple who arrived after us was called back at 12:15 PM. After waiting until 12:30 PM with no communication, explanation, or acknowledgment, we decided to leave.nnThe lack of organization, courtesy, and respect for clients' time was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be returning with my business, and I would strongly encourage the firm to improve the professionalism and communication of its front office staff.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, only to be left waiting for over 40 minutes past my appointment time. I was also under the impression that I would receive an in-person consultation, but instead, I was placed in a room and told the consultation would be conducted via Google Meet. This was never communicated to me beforehand -- had I known, I would not have driven 40 minutes to the office. The lack of transparency and disregard for my time was very unprofessional. If i could give 0 stars i absolutely would. Office looks dirty inside with small dirty chairs for you to be seated.”
