“This review is on behalf of my mother, who has an ongoing case with Tinoco. It has been not one.. two.. three.. but FIVE years that we have been given false hope from this Tinoco that she would be able to fix her status. We are so deeply disappointed at the time, effort, and hope we have wasted on this. We don't know if we just have bad luck, or why he was seemingly able to help out so many others while we sit here waiting for a response. If we had known that nothing was going to come out of this journey then we would've gone somewhere else to begin with. I'm highly disappointed in the lack of communication, compassion, and respect from this office. Shame on you, do better. We are real people with real lives and clearly all you see in your clients is the money.”

“We highly recommend this law office. Great customer service. Berta helped us so much since day 1. She was always so emphatic and very nice. We were full of questions and kind of scared of the legal process but all of our questions were always answered in a timely manner.”
