I would feel bad for this lawyer but they chose to hire and keep their incompetent receptionist. 1.) it is NOT a receptionist's right to judge any inquiries on cases for YOUR lawyer. 2.) if you're going to be a receptionist, how about you learn to speak to people CORRECTLY. 3.) if I wanted your opinion then I would've hired you as my lawyer, but you're not so how about you keep your thoughts and snarky comments to yourself. choosing to start an argument with NEW customers is the fastest way to lose business and damage your lawyers reputation due to the way that you represented them. if your office is treating new customers this way, I would absolutely hate to see how they treat your current ones. please do yourself and all your customers (new and old) a favor, find a new receptionist.nnUPDATE: I'm not mrs.
