2 Practice Disciplines

United States Immigration & Nationality Law

Navigating USCIS, Consular Processing & Removal Defense in Texas

Immigration law is an exclusively federal practice that touches the lives of thousands of families and businesses across Texas. Because immigration law is governed by the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and federal administrative regulations, attorneys represent clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) immigration courts, and U.S. consulates globally.

In a state with extensive international trade and vibrant immigrant communities, immigration counsel is vital for preserving family unity and securing legal status. Legal representation encompasses family-based immigrant visa petitions, green card adjustments of status, naturalization and citizenship interviews, waivers of inadmissibility, DACA renewals, affirmative and defensive asylum petitions, and bonded removal defense in Texas detention facilities.

Key Legal Matters & Services in Immigration Law

Family-Based Petitions & Green Cards

Filing Form I-130 petitions for spouses, parents, and children of U.S. citizens and permanent residents, followed by Adjustment of Status (AOS) or consular processing.

Deportation & Removal Defense

Aggressive representation in Texas immigration courts (San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, El Paso) for bond hearings, cancellation of removal, and withholding of removal.

Asylum & Humanitarian Relief Applications

Guiding clients through credible fear interviews, affirmative asylum filings before USCIS, defensive asylum in court, and U-Visas for crime victims.

Citizenship & Naturalization (Form N-400)

Preparing naturalization packages, addressing continuous residence inquiries, tax compliance, and representation during USCIS examiner interviews.

Employment & Investor Visas (H-1B, L-1, E-2)

Securing H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and E-2 investor visas for professionals, managers, and multinational executives operating in Texas.

Waivers of Inadmissibility (I-601 / I-601A)

Structuring provisional unlawful presence waivers demonstrating extreme hardship to qualifying U.S. citizen relatives.

Dedicated immigration attorneys provide knowledgeable federal advocacy to protect immigrant rights, unite families, and facilitate business visa compliance.

Personal Injury Law

Civil Tort Claims, Negligence & Physical Injury Recovery in Texas

In Texas, personal injury law provides a critical legal pathway for individuals who have suffered bodily harm, emotional trauma, or catastrophic losses due to the negligence, carelessness, or intentional misconduct of another party. Under Texas civil tort law and the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, injured victims have the legal right to pursue full compensation for their economic damages—such as emergency medical treatment, surgeries, hospital stays, physical therapy, and lost past and future wages—as well as non-economic damages including physical pain, mental anguish, physical impairment, and disfigurement.

Texas operates under a modified comparative fault rule (proportionate responsibility under Chapter 33 of the Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code). This means an injured plaintiff can recover damages as long as their share of liability is 50% or less, though their financial recovery is reduced by their allocated percentage of fault. Navigating insurance claims against major carriers requires rigorous case building: securing police crash reports, obtaining black-box telematics, interviewing witnesses, subpoenaing surveillance footage, consulting independent medical and accident reconstruction experts, and preparing compelling trial exhibits for Texas county and district courts.

Key Legal Matters & Services in Personal Injury

Motor Vehicle & Commercial Trucking Collisions

Comprehensive representation for commercial 18-wheeler collisions, delivery fleet crashes, car wrecks, motorcycle collisions, and rideshare (Uber/Lyft) accidents across Texas interstates (I-35, I-10, I-45).

Catastrophic Brain, Spinal & Burn Injuries

Dedicated advocacy for traumatic brain injuries (TBI), spinal cord severing, quadriplegia, paraplegia, and severe burn injuries requiring lifelong medical care and structured life care plans.

Premises Liability & Property Hazards

Pursuing negligent property owners, commercial landlords, retail stores, and hotels for hazardous conditions, inadequate security, slip and falls, structural collapses, and dog attacks under Texas premises liability law.

Wrongful Death & Survival Actions

Representing surviving spouses, children, and parents under the Texas Wrongful Death Act to secure financial stability and accountability following fatal negligence.

Workplace & Industrial Job Site Accidents

Legal representation for non-subscriber workplace accidents, refinery explosions, drilling rig failures, and construction site incidents across Texas industrial sectors.

Insurance Bad Faith & Trial Litigation

Confronting commercial insurance adjusters attempting to undervalue, delay, or deny valid claims, advancing to jury trials when settlement negotiations fail.

Legal counsel in Texas personal injury claims investigates liability, gathers medical proof, negotiates with insurers, and presents evidence to achieve fair compensation for clients.

“Do NOT go here!nnI started my process during covid time . I understand everything was slow. They asked me for my medical to send to immigration. They send it late and it arrived after the time asked. They never communicated with me . I ALWAYS had to reach out to them they are terrible at communicating. They did a case reopening after my case got denied due to late medical records. That did not work either. I found a lawyer that actually helped me with my case. I called to ask for a refund on some/partial part of the money and all they told me was that they would contact me and never did! Again do NOT go here! I don't do reviews often but this is important to help people understand not to waste their time and money here.”

“Im very disappointed with these lawyers , they have been working with my families case for over 8+ years , no improvement has been done , they keep blaming the new law changes but they been working in the same case for more than 8 years and nothing has been done ! I suggest all families to please do research before they come to these lawyers. These lawyers also tried charging more money after being paid for the amount they agreed on because they haven't done their job in the years we have been with them . It breaks my heart that we put our trust and hard working money for them to come up with an excuse every single year. DO NOT COME WITH THEM !!”
