“Recommend by a co-worker Mom (Alice Farrack...). After an initial consultation my case was accepted. I was referred immediately for an MRI which indicated my shoulder was more damaged than previously thought. Also referred to a psychologist which helped me to understand the impact of my trauma and gave me tools to deal with my issues. I was also scheduled for some stem cell procedures to help alleviate my pain. All these tests and procedures were at no cost to me.
