“Absolutely terrible company. First of all the hours say they are open til 5pm. And in the 25 years once had them as our HOA they have never answered the phone after 4:30. Hod forbid they have to stay after 5. 2. Nothing ever gets done to the violators, absolutely nothing. They ask you for blueprints of your house (which they already have) before you can do home improvements of any sort. And they rely on neighbors to report violations, because if the neighbors don't complain then the violation never happened. I'm sick of them taking our money and doing nothing to help our subdivision. They are pretty good at writing letters. That's all they do. I don't even know why we have one, it's a waste of my money that I work hard for.”

“I received my invoice for 2026 at the very beginning of December 2025, and immediately sent in a request for a payment plan. My request was received and the confirmation message on the website stated I would receive a follow-up within a certain amount of days. Kept an eye on my emails and my account through the app throughout December, with no update. Towards the end of December I called the 0659 number to speak with a rep & was on hold for 20 minutes, never getting through to an actual rep as I couldn't wait any longer. So, I sent another request at the very beginning of January. Once again, same situation, except I did not call the 0659 number. I instead set up an appt for someone to reach out to me. During the waiting period, I received a $48.75 late fee. Fast forward to today, my scheduled meeting with Belinda Z. Belinda called me 25 minutes after our scheduled meeting, resulting in me missing the call. Not professional. However, I called the 0659 number, on hold 10 minutes, and was able to get through to Tamesia who was fantastic. Very informative and patient with me. She is the only reason this review gets 2 stars instead of 1. Tamesia did acknowledge that I had sent in two payment plan requests. She informed me that a rep, Sheronne, marked that she had handled both of my requests and states that Sheronne sent two emails in regards to my request. One on 12/08 and the other on 01/07. While on the phone with Tamesia, I went through my Inbox and Junk mail to try to locate emails from Sheronne. Never received a single email. I have emails from previous requests from previous years and was able to receive Tamesia's emails right away. But nothing from Sheronne. I believe this needs to be looked into since the coincidence is to uncanny that no emails were ever received from the same person. I would also like my late fee to be waived since no emails or acknowledgement was ever received in regard to my two requests.”
