“They are incredible amazing! After my 3 crisis sessions with Alexus I am thankful I could find someone that helps and hears you out. Im having my first therapy session tomorrow. So excited to see how that goes. But overall they are very kind, helpful and give back the feedback that you need.”

“After working with the same outstanding therapist for more than five years, I felt uncertain about finding someone new after his retirement. When I decided it was time to resume therapy, I expected the transition to be difficult. To my surprise, I met my next therapist--who was originally expected to be only a temporary provider--and the connection was immediate.nnIt can be challenging to find a therapist who truly understands you and with whom you feel no judgment. When you find the right fit, the therapeutic process becomes not only effective but meaningful. Although therapy requires genuine effort, the right therapeutic relationship makes you look forward to each session.nnI appreciate the skill, understanding, and professionalism my therapist brings to each session, and I value the work we are doing together.”

Response from Office:

Hi, Cathy. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!

“They are very empathetic, kindness & fantastic, but the only problem is that they took like three months to intake me & find me a therapist. Yes three months!! They said they try to find the best match based on your diagnosis or problem, but three months!! Is way too long!! I've been with them over three times over the course of years & they always take too long to find you a therapist. Otherwise they are great!”
